Joint Humanitarian Appeal for Venezuela
The undersigned organizations express our solidarity with all those affected by the recent earthquakes in Venezuela and reaffirm our commitment to supporting communities during this humanitarian emergency. We are Venezuelan organizations with years of proven capacity to provide humanitarian assistance, committed to coordinate among ourselves and with other humanitarian organizations to rapidly and efficiently help people in Venezuela. According to the latest Situation Report issued by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), on 24 June 2026, two powerful earthquakes measuring 7.2 and 7.5 struck Venezuela's north-central region, followed by more than 940 aftershocks. OCHA reports that at least seven states have been affected, with 2.954 people killed, 16.592 injured, over 16.309 people displaced, and at least 16.300 people lost their home.
